Just give it your best effort. I liked this. At first I was upset cause I was trying to do it perfectly but instead of giving up I just did it my way to an extent. What I mean is I stopped counting after a minute and just did what felt like 4 seconds inhaling/5 seconds exhaling. Before I new it I was more relaxed then when I started. People who are quick to hit the dislike button need to remember this video will help others which has already been proven in the comments and likes. Disliking this video might discourage a potential viewer from watching. A viewer viewing this because they’re stressed out or anxious just like you most likely are.

This is great except I was using it to fall asleep so it’s like “when I count from 5, you will be fully awake” and I’m like nO. But this really has been the best guided meditation I’ve listened to so far. Not sure what it is but it worked this time and I actually felt more relaxed? Thanks for this!!

I've been meditating since 1996 and still do it throughout my day, I used to do it for up to four hours in the nineties and feel like I reached some sort of strange state because I have really had this strange way of seeing into the matrix of life since this time period.

I saw Dr. Trisal today and he was the kindest, caring and genuine Dr i have ever met! He took his time with me, made sure i understood everything and thankfully i was very blessed not to get that devastating news. If myself or a loved one were to be diagnosed with cancer i would 1000% want Dr. Trisal to be apart of the biggest fight in your life. Thank u Dr. Trisal
